All of the structures of this ranch house was on the 22,000-acre Cerro Pelon Ranch, all done while maintaining the highest standards of construction in a remote location. The Tadao Ando-designed ranch includes a main residence adjoined by stables for ten horses, a round pen, and horse arena.

The firm provided all of the skilled labor, specialty equipment, and building materials despite the great distance between the property and nearest town.
